Waffle House Careers
Do you have to have a Degree to be the Waffle House Manager?
This question is serious, even if it may not sound like it.
I am out of High School, looking fr Jobs, not wanting to go to college.
Anyways.
I have applied for Waffle House and have an interview as a Full Time Server.
I would consider staying and making it a life career, if I knew if there managers were colleges grads, or do they just higher employees who have been there a while…does anyone know?
I worked in major grocery stores (Safeway, QFC) for a long time – and I didn’t ever hear of any manager having a college degree. So I highly doubt that a waffle house would require that either. You would just have to prove over a few years that you are the best and brightest employee who understands the company’s mission and goals, and eventually you will get promoted to assistant manager and then possibly manager.
