I want to start fashion design as a hobby?
Hi,
I want to possibly start fashion design as a hobby. But I know nothing about and and I really don’t know what to do. Is there a way where i could design without sewing? I know this sounds stupid but im clueless about fashion design so please help. Thanks so much!
You can sketch to your heart’s content. Getting things made up, though, will require someone to make the patterns and sew.
Note that fashion sketching is done normally on abnormally tall, thin figures, not the usual body proportions. E.g.:
